Sales scripts & rebuttals

Use these as training frameworks, not rigid scripts. Follow client-approved wording, consent rules, DNC requirements and campaign-specific compliance instructions.

OPENING

Permission-based opener

“Hi, is this [Name]? My name is [Agent] calling with [Company] about [clear, truthful reason]. Is now an okay time for a quick question?”

Coach for: clear identity, natural pace, no misleading affiliation and a graceful exit if they decline.

DISCOVERY

Needs-based questions

“What matters most to you when choosing a provider?” “What would a good outcome look like?” “Are there any requirements we should know before suggesting a next step?”

Coach for: open questions, active listening and accurate notes.

OBJECTION

“I'm not interested.”

“I understand. Before I let you go, would you prefer that I close this out, or is there one specific concern I can clarify?”

If they clearly say no or ask not to be contacted, respect it immediately and follow the campaign's suppression process.

OBJECTION

“Send me information.”

“Absolutely. What information would be most useful? And what is the best business email to send it to?”

Confirm permission to email, spell the address back and agree on a reasonable follow-up only when welcomed.

OBJECTION

“I need to think.”

“Of course. Which part would you like to think through—fit, timing, cost or something else?”

Clarify the concern without pressure. Never manufacture urgency, guarantee outcomes or hide material terms.

CLOSE

Confirm the next step

“To make sure I have this right, we're agreeing to [specific next step] by [time/date]. Is that accurate?”

Summarize consent, expectations, costs if applicable and any promised follow-up.

Training note: These generic examples are not legal advice or approved scripts for regulated campaigns. For insurance, healthcare or other regulated verticals, use current client/carrier-approved scripts and applicable laws and platform policies.

BUYER RESEARCH

How to qualify a lead buyer.

A practical due-diligence checklist before sharing traffic, consumer data or committing your team.

Confirm the business

  • Verify legal entity, website, leadership and working contact details.
  • Ask for references and confirm they are independently reachable.
  • Check contract party, payment entity and dispute venue.

Confirm the offer

  • Get vertical, geography, lead/call definition and acceptance rules in writing.
  • Clarify payout, validation window, caps, reversals and payment schedule.
  • Agree on reporting, test volume and escalation contacts.

Confirm compliance

  • Document consent, sourcing, retention and permitted use of data.
  • Clarify DNC/suppression, recording and applicable state/federal rules.
  • Never send real consumer data until access and transfer safeguards are approved.
STARTING POINTS TO RESEARCH

Lead networks & potential demand partners

These are publicly identifiable platforms and networks worth researching by vertical. They are not a guarantee that they are currently accepting your campaign, buying your exact call type or offering specific payment terms.

Before applying, ask whether they accept Pakistan-based publishers/call centers, which traffic sources and verticals are allowed, whether live transfers or generated calls qualify, what QA/consent evidence is required, and the written payout/reversal terms. Start with a small test and verify the first payment.

There is no universally “legit buyer” list that stays accurate forever. Validate each company independently and start with a small controlled test; do not treat a directory listing or positive review as a guarantee of payment.

CALL CENTER DUE DILIGENCE

Evaluate providers by evidence.

Use this scorecard when reviewing outsourcing partners or call centers rather than relying on star ratings alone.

Review quality

  • Look for recent, detailed reviews across more than one platform.
  • Separate employee feedback from client feedback.
  • Check whether management responds constructively to complaints.

Test delivery

  • Request a reference call, sample QA scorecard and a paid pilot.
  • Inspect staffing stability, training, supervision and reporting.
  • Define measurable acceptance and dispute processes.

Protect the relationship

  • Confirm ownership and security of data and recordings.
  • Set access controls, retention, deletion and incident notification rules.
  • Document invoicing, payment terms, exit rights and service levels.
